Collective Worship

We are really lucky at King Ina. As well as having staff and children leading our collective worships, we also have different visitors to our school, who are keen to take part in worship with us. We have the fabulous Open The Book Team visiting several times each term, to deliver stories from the bible through drama. Plus Reverend Judith Swan, who loves to join in with the OtB team, visits our school at other times to lead worship too. Reverend Judith is always with us during our important events in the Christian calendar such as Easter, Harvest Festival and Christmas. Mr Hatt from St Cleer's Church has become a regular visitor to our collective worships, delighting us with his delivery and his engaging story telling.
We have started using the Imaginor publication of Roots and Fruits to support our worship times, which has helped to structure our worships and has made sure we are delivering a balanced collective worship diet! We link our collective worships to our values as often as we can, so that we know them really well.
