This week in Goldfinch Class we had a very exciting time making our Mexican Tacos. We followed our designs and the recipe we wrote to make them. We enjoyed tasting them and evaluating them.
We have also been busy coding on the chrome books, we were programming in a code to move pictures on a screen when you clicked a key on the keyboard.
In maths, we have done lots more multiplication and division, showing a super understanding.
In English we have been looking at a poem called 'The Sound Collector'. We then worked hard to write a poem in a similar style thinking about rhyme and words about sound.
It has also been Internet safety Day on Tuesday and mental health week. We spent time thinking about how to stay safe online. We also read a book called 'Invisible Strings' which helped us talk about who we are connected to and how they can help us to feel better.
