Another lovely but busy week in Goldfinch Class.
In English we have been busy researching dinosaur facts and using these notes to write non-chronological reports.
In maths we have been finding fractions of amounts.
In music we have continued to practise changing the pitch of notes.
Computing was great fun. We used scratch Junior to create our own animations. We had to choose a land or sea animal and try to make it move realistically on the screen. We then started to learn how to record our own animal sound effects to add to our animations.
In science we learnt about lifecycles and in topic we continued to learn about Mary Anning. We compared her life to ours.
We spend time in PSHE learning about medicines and how to stay safe with them.
